Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Where possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging. You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we have received your return and checked the condition of the product, your refund will be processed in accordance with our terms and applicable consumer law.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will also refund the standard delivery costs paid as part of the original order. Additional costs resulting from express shipping or other premium delivery options are not refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kavanaghandlane.com and include a clear photo showing the issue.

Our customer service team will review the information provided. If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us
Before returning your product, please email info@kavanaghandlane.com so that we can register your return and provide any additional return instructions.

Please note that our supplier and distribution centre are located in Asia. Therefore, returns must be sent to the return address provided above.

2. Pack your item
Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include a note with your order number.

3. Send your return
Take the parcel to your preferred postal or courier service. Unless the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been successfully delivered.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier and destination. As our return address is located in Asia, international return shipping may cost more than a domestic return. We recommend checking the shipping cost with your chosen carrier before sending your return.

4. Send us your tracking information
Once your return has been shipped, please email the shipping confirmation or tracking number to info@kavanaghandlane.com.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kavanaghandlane.com.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours and before it has been shipped, we will cancel the order and process your refund.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Once you receive the order, you may return it in accordance with the return procedure described above.
